NO Citizenship Test Invite Received

I just felt I should check the application status then I got "I can start the knowledge test yesterday"!!!

No email from IRCC for the invite.

Does anyone have the same issue?

BTW, I'd like to take the test outside of Canada. What should I do? sending an email to somewhere?
