NO CHANCE FOR PGWP?

What would be options for one graduating from a private college that doesn't comply for PGWP?

These programs are offering co-op programs in length of 6/6, meaning 6 months of study and 6 of practical work. Does that mean that only option to get pr is through that one employer who is offering you a coop, or can you change employer in that 6 months period of co op practical work?

Could someone clarify this for me? thanks

thanks, but is there an option to be used without leaving a country?
Well you would need an approved LMIA from an employer that is high wage (unless in a rural area) proving no one in Canada has the work experience, education and language skills to do the job. Then with LMIA you applied for a closed work permit. Co-op on study permit doesn’t count for anything.

Oh I see, the part that confuse me is that after the Co-Op is done, how much time one has to find an Employer with an approved LMIA, since someone told me that as soon as the study and Co-Op program is done one has to leave the country due to inability to apply for PGWP?

Once your studies finish you can no longer study or work. Study permit expires 90 days after program completion.

So am I right? Within those 90 days one has a chance to find a high wage Employer (usually in NOC A, B, C) within the city where studies took a place or if not go and find someone in a rural areas, (AIP, NOC C, D also counts)?

No you need a LMIA. Right not when employers file for LMIA it is taking 8-10 months for approval and then you apply for a closed work permit. You cannot apply for a closed work permit from within Canada.

Any chance with those Employers to whom LMIA has already been approved?

Do you have an employer with approved LMIA? Ask them to change it to your name. Then make sure you show that you the work experience, education and language skills to do the job.
Unfortunately I don't, but If I had it, I would be able to get close work permit without leaving country?

How is it possible to get an LMIA without probationary period spend working for that Employer. I mean there has to be some in-between time period upon your graduation and finding your Employer, so you can use it as probationary period in which Employer has to decide whether you fit or not?
Is there a way I can send you private message, since I assume it is going to take a while to clarify the whole thing?

There is no in between or probationary period unless you go to a DLI that has PGWP. Once studies are done, you stop studying and working. Change status to visitor. You chose a program without PGWP. You cannot get a closed work permit from within Canada.

Although technically possible the reality is that this plan will not work for most people. Even if you somehow find an employer with an LMIA processing for a closed WP can be 6 months with no guarantee of approval. Attending a private college is a bad idea.

If you fit in the LMIA, you have the very special qualification that they cannot find anyone in Canada to do the job. So it's possible that the person does not need to go through a probationary period.

btw you already know that you won't get a work permit to stay in Canada when you applied for a private collage.
It's hard for anyone to find a job who graduated from those collages since they are not known by Canadian employers as good post-secondary institutes.
Most that attended private school would go back to home country where all foreign institutes are view the same.
