Hi, I’m new to the forum an would like to express my concern. I have a full hearing coming up in 3 weeks and I still haven’t received a blue book at all so I wasn’t able to see the reasons for my denial. Isn’t there a law or something that ircc has to provide reasons for denial ? Im not sure but I’m going in to this hearing blindly.
I have a lawyer so that gives me a bit more comfort but he seems to say we have to do the hearing regardless…. And yes we did try contacting them by email about the missing gscm note but no reply, and now it’s to late to submit anymore supporting documents. So what happens from here ?
Also can they suggest that my child is not my husbands ? The vo said to my husband that my daughter couldn’t have been conceived at the time I was visiting him but I have proof and ultrasounds ect. How could she say such a thing, something like that could of broken up a happy home.
