No Birth Certificate: Submitted Original affidavit and Pan Card and Indian Drivi

Dear Friend,

I did not had my Birth Certificate and so i have submitted Original Affidavit letter.
Along with this i also submitted India PAN card and Driving Licence will it be OK.

Or i missed some thing.

you can use pan card as a identity proof and get more information of pan card status by acknowledgement number so you don't have to remeber the 10 digit number.
