No bank letter

Last piece of paper I had left to apply was the bank letter. Went today to get it, they said we do not issue letters anymore. Not even a fixed format, no letters, only bank statements. So i got a 6 months bank statement, is that enough, or is there anything else I should do?

Let the bank issue a letter that they do not issue letters anymore. insist on them, or meet the manager.

6 M statement should be fine if bank does not issue letter
