No auto response email from CPC Ottawa after sending documents

I’ve sent several documents per request from CPC Ottawa for parents sponsorship. Sent yesterday.

I haven’t received anything to acknowledge they receive those documents. No auto email message no nothing.

I resent them again and still no auto email acknowledgment.


Has anyone experienced the same?? So strange.
