No Application / UCI number got generated

I just made the payment for visitor visa on GIC portal but I did not get any UCI /Application number and now , on portal , that application entry is not there and now I still see , 57 days to submit the application and there is nothing to do under Action column.... what to do now. Payment got deducted from my account
