No application number generated

On 18-10-2021 I applied fr visitors visa through Gc key account,file has been submitted and payment is successful but application number is nt yet generated .plz can body let me kow what to do next..it's soo annoying after payment still submission confirmation mesg has nt yet been received

same happened to my SP minor application, applied online 18th Oct. no application number as well, until now still waiting.,..

Same occured for me on Oct. 18 and now, I received submission confirmation.
