Hi all,
I am "Khan" from "Pakistan". I applied thru simplified application in Aug, 2008. Islamabad approved my case in May, 2009 and ask me to submit full application within 120 days. I complied the instuctions in time and submitted application to CIC Islamabad in sep, 2009. Its been over eight months now but I have nt recieved any thing from them- not even the acknowledgment of my application. Now its heared that Isl office is shifted to london?

I am worried about it. Can any one comment on the situation or have any advise? Thanks

Have you send them the case specific inquiry ? yes applications from isl office has been shifted to london from 1st April 2010.

what is your E-case Status if receive by visa office then ok if not then send thim case inquiry and plz check does your document has delivered or not? and don't worry some time its take longer then normal just wait and make it sure that your documents has received, any help you need this khan also from peshawar hamood786@yahoo.com

Hi Friends,

Thnx for input, Infact I fwd them case specific inquiry but in vain-they dont reply. The status of my application is shown as IN-PROCESS since I initially applied under simplified process back in August, 2008. The only acknowledgment of my full application I got was the TCS sms message confirming my mail delivered to hi commision Islamabad when I sent it in sept 2009. Is this much of time usual , or its abnormal? Pl comment or advise.

Now if Islamabad have transfered all permanent citizenship applications to london office- does this mean applicants will be called to london for interview if required? Moreover has london office started to work on applications shifted from pakistan? Any info?

Maybe I am not aware properly, but as per my knowledge the simplified application process was the one which was in place earlier to fast track. Have you applied in fast track or simplified application process ?


It seems that you sent your application to Islamabad, while in case of fast track we send application to NOVA SCOTIA. if you have applied under simplified process then it takes more than 5 years to get immigration. But i am confused why they asked you to submit docs in 120 days like they ask in fast track case.

Its like that as explained. I am myself not clear on what they are upto? Even if they put me under slow track, atleast I want to be sure that they have got my full apllication and that is in line.

Did you contact anyone about the status of your application? If not dial the number below and ask them

00-1-613-9444-000

On connecting to the board
Press option 1
Then option 2
You shall enter a new menu that is for immigration
Here press 1 for english
then select option 2 for

It shall ask you the 8 digit number As you dont have dont do anything then it shall ask you again remain still dont move hahahahahha jus kidding let it repeat untill it says your call is no being transferred to a customer service agent.
This is the perosn whom you need to talk/
But before you could reach to him you may have to wait 20 to 30 minutes.

Once you talk to him tell him that
you applied on thisdate for FSW Immigration
Your application was received by CIO on this date
he shall ask you your name
date of birth
etc

Ask him that i have not heard anything form CIO where is my application please please tell me the status of my application and he shall put you on hold and check your details and then shall tell you something
