No AOR received for BOWP application

I applied for my BOWP application on 6th of August and still, waiting for my AOR.
I thought we suppose to get AOR with 10-20 minutes after submitting an application but I think, the case is different now.

Anybody besides me still waiting for AOR after submitting BOWP application?
