No AOR for spousal sponsorship

My husband didn't receive his AOR. Its inland application, that we submitted on Oct 6th, 2024 but no AOR yet. We tried calling IRCC and they keep saying there’s no file under his name but we got email confirmation about submission and his online portal also shows submitted. Please let me know if we need to resubmit or why they can’t find it in system.

Very odd! Keep on calling them and hopefully a different agent will help!
