No AIP: Approval in Principle (first stage approval for Applicant) yet

Hi,
We applied for outland (India) in June 2018, received AOR in july, received medical notification in August and took medical on 22 August. When will I get approval that my file has been transferred to local office?
Will I get email notification if they send my file to local visa office (in my case New Delhi)? If yes, then what's the usual time length after they receive medical report?

AIP only applies to inland applications.
