I sent my application on thurs thru dhl.below are the list of doc sent:
Letter from office confirming roles for the past 10 yrs ( all na engineering/production roles)
Letter from school confirming english as proof of english
WE certificate of evaluation
Gratuity statement / house valuation as proof of fund
Role profiles details for 10 yrs( about 90k canadian dollar)
Passport photograph and international passport biodata pages
Travel visa pages
All cerificates of training including COREN cert.
Settlement plan
Birth certs/children
Parent birth certs
All required forms filled
These are what i can remeber now.

thanks my friend, im from venezuela , honesty i was considering applying for federal , but recently i have been searching about NS program and i think there is more chances trough it , i have contacted some guys who are living there and all of them are giving me very positive feedback about the province
