I am a Nigerian who is planning to visit canada this year with my family for 2 weeks holiday. I also wish to bring along my nanny who also has a US visa( we plan visiting both countries) on this trip because of my two little kids. Is this possible and what special documents do i need to apply for visa for the nanny? Do we need to sign an employment contract for her as we did before we got a US visa for her? Please help

Being a Nigerian, I believe that the information related to your application would be found at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/visa.asp?countrySelect=NG#applications

Having said that, I see no reference in the equivalent IMM 5873 relating to accompanying domestic workers.

The nanny can accompany the OP/must apply for a TRV if the OP is visiting for less than 6 months.

For the TRV application, the nanny must be employed full-time by the OP + must submit evidence of this full-time employment (in addition to the regular requirements of a TRV)
