I've heard that some applications which were supposed to be moved to Accra Visa Office were moved to London for processing. I particularly know someone. This is specifically for people who received AOR in January 2017. Lets connect here if you received your AOR in January 2017

you are correct. I know one applicant who got AOR in Jan and his file got transferred to LVO and he got medicals also

Received AOR on 9th January, 2017. Category is MPNP.
No MR yet. Hoping to get it soon by God's grace.

I sent CPC Ottawa a mail on friday and this was their response:
Our office has now concluded its part in the processing of your application and your file has been transferred to the Visa Office in Accra. For further information please contact the Visa Office in Accra.

We thank you for your patience. In order to efficiently process requests, we will not reply to duplicate emails.

However, my background check is in progress, so i believe work is going on, on our application. Will keep you posted once i get an update.
Will suggest you do the same and send them a mail: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca
When sending the mail, quote your file number on the subject and put the following details in the body of the mail:

Full name
Application File number
Date of birth
UCI no
Category (MPNP, SINP etc)

Hi Kenolat

It's hard to tell the rationale behind the distribution of files meant for AVO. It is obvious that cic is responding to the recent petition received from Accra applicants. My guess is that somewhere in the middle of January 2017, Accra files were sent to LVO based on logistics. This may have changed now or will change in the future. However, since your background check is in progress, I believe you should get your MR soon.

I submitted in October. My application got to Nova Scotia on th 24th of October 2016
