Vfs office.. Started application on 24th and went for biometrics on 27

The wait starts after giving the biometrics, so count it 27 onwards, not 24. If your application exceeds the processing time given on the CIC's website when you pick your country and get to see how long is it, if it happens to exceed it you can send a webform and enquire about it.
If it did not exceed that time then they won't respond.

Trust me is not like that now.. Too many applicants and we don't have the embassy in Nigeria is in kenya
