We shall be expecting the I.V as stated here. Also bimonthly is okay as suggested by fellows and the senior. I will appreciate a venue where we can as well be connected to internet -- (at a cost - if possible) for all other colleagues to join us online as well. Irrespective of the number of the people coming for the gathering, let start something and like i said the other time, if well planned i guess its gonna go a long way. Weldone Ig and Seg.

thanks for the reply in short it was the same word for word i wrote in my 1st, 2nd and 3rd schedule 1 background form i really dont know why.
maybe because i filled it form with blue ink this time will fill with black ink.
but stil same word for for as i have copies of all i sent to them.

Thank you for this move. I have actually been very busy lately though following closely. I am very interested in this get together. Pls take this as my own PM o becos i don know i to do that and kindly include me in your list. My suggestion is that we make a quartely meeting since Accra is not really as fast as that so that we will have new developments to share and discuss at every meet.

im really getting fed up now. the CIO have returned my application again stating that i have to send in my ielts test results. i didnt know u had to do that as well.

Also, does anyone know if you score any points at all for the second language (french). or will it just be basic points if u dont take the test or just 0.

Also, they stamped the first page of my application which shows the date i actually submitted. so, does that mean if i resubmit with my ielts results they will still consider the date of my submission since my noc code has been capped and reached its limit.

Sorry to hear pf your situation and that is why it is very important all my naija brothers and sisters read this visa instruction to avoid delay and money.You need to book and send the ietls result and the stamping will not help as the application when received will follow due process.

Hi all,
Compliment of the season to all in advance. Ig and others strongly in support of december i feel you should do a sample view before taking a final decision. Ig as you have rightly pointed out, its your idea but am sure you also require the input of all to make it a success hence we have all been commenting. Many persons have suggested that monthly meeting might be too frequent and monotonous hence we should do bimonthly or quarterly hence anyone who misses the first one will not be able to attend until February or March next year.

Am still of the opinion that if indeed majority of us would not be available in December then we should make it sometimes in January. It makes more sense and yield more fruit if most of us are present or what do you guys think? like i said before if you guys insist then so be it just brief the rest of us.

Thanks for dropping in but the truth is we cannot all have the same opinion but a quorum is what we need which i think we have already.All i want to avoid is procrastination,naija's are willingly to join online,that was jackson suggestion and it has been taking on board,another naija suggested collating phone no which i think is also brillant.The fact that i initiated the idea does not connote me taking the whole decision for naija's.

I made it open for naija to bring on their suggestions and most of the suggestions have been noted.I suggested monthly,others suggested bi monthly and another quartely.I want to believe our first meeting will determine all that and other important things as well.

One thing you should also bear in mind is that;no matter the time and date not all will be able and dispose to attend.We need the move and that is the motivation am driving out.

Good decision to come together and rub minds on common interest to help self and fellow brothers and sisters.

Kindly let us (Landed)be part of the meeting so that we can share one or two things with you guys on phone(Probably phone with speaker) and learn from you guys too. I'm sure that myself, Tito, Barsindoo and other landed Naijas can chip in one or two things. That is if we won't intrude into your show. But consider time difference so that you will not be calling us when in Church or dead middle of the night.

On timing, i will suggest that you guys start now as it will not be once in life time meeting but a continuous one. Also issues keep coming up from Accra and tackling them on time will be the best. Those that can't make it now will attend the next, even, better prepared as they will be coming with fresh ideas and also to discuss matters that arose from the last meeting

Anyone that cannot make it now can subscribe to the next one so let us not waste more time looking for everyone's concurrence. This may never come.

I also want to find out if the 120 days CIC gives to provide docs to accra includes weekends or is it 120 working days?

It's a laudable proposal for us to meet regularly. I wouldn't make it to the first one in December because of demands of ministry at that time; however subsequent ones will be attended. Like u pointed out, there can be no time favorable to all; so those who can make it to the inaugural meeting should be there.

No, weekend not inclusive. But it is a good idea not to wait until the end of 120days, applications are reviewed accordingly to time received. So the earlier the better
