Hi, I am Canadian citizen.
On September 5th, 2024, I went for interview as scheduled at Fort Eerie location for interview with Canadian and CBP Officers.
Interview went smoothly at both locations. I got free within 10 minutes at Canada border.
At USA border, Officer took my fingers scan and explained nexus card benefits. For interview approval, he said that his Supervisor will review my case. He said it might take two weeks or more.
It has been a month now and latest is that yesterday, when I called the centre, I was told that supervisor will review it.
Is there anyone who faced such problem? If yes, what should I do next? Thank you
