Hi guys, this forum has been a life saver and has really great information. Thanks for all the help and support.

I was trying to find the answer to a question which may sound simple but because I'm hearing mixed opinions, thought I'd clarify here with the experts.

I live in Canada and have been working here for around 2 years and I recently received my CPCO final request for passport. I was wondering how much time I have, to re-enter Canada once I receive the one time visa document (with my passport). Reason being that I'm traveling to India between 10th Dec and 2nd Jan and was hoping I can use that as my re-entry into Canada. Needless to mention, I do have a valid work visa and permit till the end of 2019.

I have been trying to understand if I can do that but couldn't find any valuable informtaion. If someone could point me to the right direction, that would be great!

Thanks all!
Arjun

Oh is that it ? And I guess I don't need to apply for an additional visa to re-enter Canada? That sheet is good enough right?

Thanks for such a quick response!
If you are receiving your CoPR in Canada, you don't get a single entery visa to land, you're either called for an interview or you schedule an appointment to become PR.

You are currently outside Canada, So you will be getting your CoPR and you can land until your meds expire which most probably is the same date you would have on your CoPR.

Sorry for any confusion. I am currently in Canada and work here. I was planning to fly out and come back in.
