Next steps after first AOR

Can anyone explain/entail the steps after receiving the first AOR. Please note that I am not asking for the CIC forms that needs to be submitted. MY question is more along the lines of activities/steps that happen after first AOR.

Submitt Full docs to CHC with in 120 days
You get Second AOR
If you deposit RPRF along with full docs you get the receipt for the same
You application is reviewed and processed ans you may get verification call
Medicals
Interview may be waived off
Passport request
and Finally Visa
