Next step after refusal

Hello,
I am chandrakant from india. I have done MBA finance from University of Bedfordshire, United Kingdom. And have 3+ years of experience in event management as project co-ordinator.
I got admission in northeastern university, Toronto campus. For MS in project management. And applied for study permit on 15 Dec 2020 and biometric done on 31 Dec 2020. And medical done on 19/11/2020.
I got massage of uknowledgement on 05/feb/2021 and I got visa refusal todat (09/Feb/21). Under reason of officer is not satisfying and he thinks, my intend is not coming back from Canada. .
I'm very confused what to do next. I have good travel history, also I have contract with indian government that I have to come back to india as I have taken scholarship for my previous masters.

Please help me what I suppose to do next??

Order GCMS notes but a few things. You have an MBA and are taking another Masters. Why do you need to come to Canada for another masters degree? Even with a job, you can take project management anywhere. Officers don’t believe you are a genuine student. Also NorthEastern Univeristy is a private university for international students and is in an office building. It is known as a degree mill. If you want to do another masters and are serious about studying in Canada apply to York or University of Toronto or any public university.

Yes, you need to change schools. Northeastern university is a garbage school with a terrible reputation.

You need to switch to a public university or public college.

Right now I'm taking my online tuition and got news from one of my classmate that he got study permit.
So I my case it is possible to get it after second try. Because I have spend more than 2 years on it. Be honest I'm from economically backward family. I don't have any source of funds and got education loan from UK bank after one year as indian banks are not ready to provide me loan. So that's why I'm very concerned with it. If I change the university may be I'm not eligible for loan as my provides loan for few listed university. Is any other way to get it by providing more evidence??

You can certainly try applying again without changing schools. You will need to provide stronger evidence of ties to your home country to overcome the reasons why you were refused.

It is your choice. Does your classmate have the same profile as you? You are taking a lot of loans out for this program and your MBA. Why don’t you get work experience and make money instead of going to school? You have a MBA already...why do you need another? Again you can take a project management course anywhere. Yes I don't exactly, why they refused my application? Under which conditions they have refused me? So shall I make request for CAPIS first or I reapply directly??

Part of the problem is that you want to study at a school with a bad reputation.

Why don’t you get work experience and make money instead of going to school? You have a MBA already...why do you need another? Again you can take a project management course anywhere. No - it's not necessarily enough.

Based on the refusal reasons, IRCC is concerned that your true reason for studying in Canada is to eventually immigrate here. They believe your primary motive for coming to Canada to study is immigration and that you aren't a genuine student. The fact you have picked a private school with a low reputation and poor level of study has most likely increased IRCC's concerns that you aren't a genuine student. This is why we are recommending that you pick a better school.

Don't just change to another degree mill. Apply to and get admitted to a proper school.
