Next step after PER

Hi,

I got PER on 12th Nov for NOC 2173, 14th JULY applicant.

What are the next steps?

When should I apply for PPC? I have changed my house temporarily
As my old house mentioned in the passport is under renovation.
Should I update my new resident address ? How?
My agent has given his communication address in the application
And residential address as mine.

What are the timelines of the next steps?

My VO is NDVO, Country of Residence INDIA. When to have PCCand how much time it takes for PCC?
