Next step after getting PR Visa

Hello, I'm waiting to get my passport back from Ottawa and had a few questions.

For landing purposes, can I go to the US on a trip and just complete the process on my way back at the airport or does it have to be at a border crossing?

After that do I have to go to the immigration office to get my new SIN?

Are the PR card and health card mailed automatically or do I need to apply for them?

Yes, you can do that if you have US visa.

After that do I have to go to the immigration office to get my new SIN?

Go to Service Canada and bring COPR to get new SIN.

Are the PR card and health card mailed automatically or do I need to apply for them?

Once you got new SIN you can go to License and registry to apply health card where you residing. for the PR card they will mail to you
