Hello,
Our new born baby is only 15 days old now. I intend to send the initial application to CIO, NS in a weeks time before any changes to NOC which may or may not be in my favour !
Now, to get a passport for our new born baby will take around 3 months ( a month and half for corporation birth certificate and then PP ). So I can send it to CHC, ND at a later stage.
This is what I intend to do , please advise me
1. Enter baby name, details. Passport put as 'To be applied for' , as I am not supposed to leave it blank
2. Write a cover letter to CIO, explaining the birth of the baby and time taken to register it and get the passport and assure that it would be submitted to CHC ND, in time
Now, should I include the birth certificate issued by the hospital, that has no name of the baby. Just parent details and birth details ?
Also, I understand that other than the biodata page of the PA + Fees+Forms (NO PHOTOS OF ANYONE) nothing else to be sent to CIO . I hope there is no harm in sending a covering letter.
