NEWBIE QUESTION - TEMPORARY WORK PERMIT

Good Day!

Im Ulya. I have a job offer which fall under (temporary work permit)I already got my contract but still waiting for my LMO# from service Canada. They told me that my LMO will expire this March 6. Probably I will be sending my application forms this middle of February. I know that it will take 3-6 months of process for the Visa.

Is it allright to send my forms at embassy eventhough my LMO will expire by March?

Pls advise.

You have a very wierd story!
If you are still waiting for your LMO, how did you know it's expiry date??
You cannot apply for a work permit with an expired LMO.
Who told you about the expiry date?? Your employer??
If your employer already have a LMO why they are not sending it to you??

Its with Service Canada when they inform me about my LMO. I dont know what happened why expiration is too fast.. I received my LMO# last week. They told me its fine to send before the expiry date. May I know how long will the process will take? thanks

Obviously they are going to process your application! And based on the porcossing times you will hear from them with a decision!
