My brother got his PR under Express Entry. We have a question regarding carrying money while completing landing. Do the applicant need to carry all the amount that is mentioned in the application in form of CADs? Is it okay to carry say CAD$ 1500-2000 and once we have bank account then getting rest of the money?

Yes that is fine. Just have proof of funds (statements) with you when landing.
