Download the consent to disclosure from the CIC website. Fill the fill and along with the first and last copy of the passport, sent it t CHC, New Delhi.

They will take it out from the New Zealand police dept.

Thank you..migrator...........but my doubt is that will they collect it with in 45 days....other wise what will happen to our file ...

It's not what you are thinking. You job is to send the signed Consent to Disclosure form along with passports copies to them within 45 days. After that the ball will be in their court. You can take a chill pill and relax once you send them.


Do me favour, pls disclose if any codes like s15(1), or s19(1) or s16(1) is written on your CAIPS notes.

Thanks......what about the consent form which we have to send to the New Zealand police department by allowing the to give PCC.did you send it to New Zea land?...no such codes

You don't need to send anything to the NZ police. You only need to send the Consent to Disclosure of Information, along with a copy of your ID, to CIC with your application. That form authorizes the NZ police to release your info to CIC. See the specific instructions on the CIC website

Hi,

It is the "CONSENT TO DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION(NZ)" form. The filled in form has to be sent To: Liaison Officer,Licensing & Vetting Service Centre,Police National Headquarters,PO Box 3017Wellington New Zealand. This address is already there in the form itself.Please let me know your email ID so that I can sent the soft copy of the duly filled form.

Hi,
I didn't get any request from CIC for NZ PCC. But I have travel history of NZ for 1 and half year.
I got my MR and PPR on Nov 12 together. I submitted bot on Dec 20.
Since then no response till now.

Hello Everyone,
FYI, I have received the PR Visa. I haveersonally written to the Privacy Officer (privacy @ police.govt.nz) and requested to issue me a criminal Information about myself. She forwarded my request to the Auckland Police Dept and I have received my PCC. I submitted it to the CHC, New Delhi and witnin 3 days I got my Visa.
