I sent my ID to VAC in New York on Feb 14 and haven't heard back from them. I tried to call the customer service number provided and I get the answer that my details are not yet in their box. In most cases, how long does it take to process it? I made a mistake not sending it to LA VAC. My US visa expires on the 14th of spring.
