NS Aor: 11/04/2009
Full application: 17/07/2009
In Process (e cas): 17/09/2009
Medical & Passport request: 26/09/2009
Medical & Passport send: 30/09/2009
Decision Made (e cas): 13/10/2009
Visa received: 19/10/2009
