Hi all, Looking for some help
i have just been approved for provincial nomination and now plan to take advantage of the public policy allowing foreigners who previously held work permits in the last 12 months to apply from inside canada. my situation now is that i applied for a visitor record before my previous work permit expired so i am now under implied status. When applying for a new work permit, there is a question "when does your current status expire". being that my application is still in process, how do i get around this issue?
