New work permit (Aor november)

I got my nomination already under SINP, but i got my refusal of work permit, cuz my employer spelled my name was incorrect, so they paid the first compliancee fee, with incorrect spelling of my name, so they tried to correct it, so they paid again another one with correct spelling of my name, so then, after waiting for the result, the cic send a letter says that

●the employer must submit an offer of employment.

● employer must pay the compliance fee.

I need advice.

So we appealed it i gave already all the documents they need and i leave the canada right away. I dont have any status.. i got m AOR last november, so how long do i need to wait for my new work permit, im outside the canada, is it posible to call the cic to follow up and check my status of my paper?

As you have received AOR why don't you apply for a bridge open work permit, and then work using that till you get your PR?

I got an update from cic regarding work permit, cic said that they requiring me a medica for a new work permit,Then after few days they refused my application in work permit, i dont really understand.

AOR Jan 2017 i applied my PR then dont know what will happen in this application for PR under SK province.

Please i need best advice.
