Unfortunately, your occupation is not on the current demand list. You can look into other programs such as Provincial PNP.

You really should read http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp
Neither Date entry, nor programmer qualify in the list of "38". So unless you are working in Canada or have an Approved Employment Option from an Employer in Canada you are not eligible for Immigration to Canada.
