New user registration error on vfs

Hi,

I was trying to register new user to submit the passport using vfs courier service but getting an error. Anyone else is facing/ has faced same problem?

I was planning to use UPS/USPS for the labels and submit the passport, has anyone availed it and has any recommendations?
