New tracker showing status as 'Waiting on you' for Oath of Citizenship

I completed my citizenship test and now on the new tracker it says that my oath ceremony is scheduled for 24th August 2021. Along with that it says I should follow the instructions they sent me on: how to attend the ceremony, what documents to present.

I have two concerns:

1. They haven't sent me any instructions to my email although the tracker says it did.
2. Under 'Next Steps' it says 'Take Oath of Citizenship' and on the top right corner it says 'Waiting on you'. Why does it say 'Waiting on you'? Is this normal?
