Hi,
I am currently doing my 2 year Ontario graduate certificate. If I get a job offer which is of NOC Skill Level - "B"..can my employer apply for OINP - Pre Screen as soon as I get my work-permit or wait for my 1 year experience ?

I know that OINP - Pre Screen is currently closed and may open anytime in future.

I cannot find any specific requirement of 1 year experience in NOC Skill Level (0,A,B) to apply for Pre-Screen and OINP - International student with job offer program ?

Your employer can apply as long as the program re-opens the specific stream.
There is no requirement for you to complete 1 year of work experience before he applies.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
There is no requirement of Work experience for Employer pre-screen application. My company applied in 6 months after joining with them.

I would recommend to apply for employer pre-screen ASAP, as it is taking longer than usual time.

Thank you...what is the usual waiting period for pre screen --> approval --> pnp apply --> pnp approval --> federal pr application ?

My pre-screen application was submitted on Feb 2nd and I don't know whether my employer got AOR or not (I never asked about that).
According to their posts some people are waiting for around a year to get pre-screen approval.

After getting Nomination we have to submit paper application for PR, which takes 18 months as per CIC website.

Considering all factors the whole process might take around 2-3 years, unless Ontario process applications at rapid speed or if Nominated persons can apply online for PR.

Hi gowthamp, where in the CIC website did you get this info "have to submit paper application for PR, which takes 18 months as per CIC website"?
I've just found this https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/application-package-provincial-nominees.html
