Hi everyone,

I'm a new member and am hoping that one of you knowledgeable folks can help me with details required in the experience letter from my employer.

In my current job, I worked the first 2 months of the year remotely (online from another country) - does my employer have to specify that?

Besides, dates of employment, hours of work, salary and benefits, and job location, title and description, is there anything else to be included in the experience letter?

Thank you so much for any advice you can offer!

1. It is not mandatory to include the work location. I would leave it up to them. They can or nor include this information.
2. No, you do not need any additional information in your reference letter. Many employers include a wishing sentence; it doesn't harm!
