New T4 and NOA

Hey, I started working end of August last year. So when I apply for PR in September
this year I'll send my 2012 T4 and NOW along with the application.
Is it recommended to send my 2013 T4 and NOA as soon as I get it next year to CIC?
Or is the 2012 T4 enough, as the checklist only asks for latest T4 and NOA.

If you have the same job / same pay / same hours the 2012 docs should be fine assuming the officer doesn't request 2013.

Your 2012 T4 and NOA will show from Aug - Dec 2012. I'd suggest providing your most recent pay stub at the time of applying as that will have your YTD earnings from Jan 2013 - Aug 2013.
