is new rules is going to applicable this month while applying offer letter as according to new rules a student have to obtain 6 band each in every module

What about those who got their offer letter with previous eligibilities will they get visa or not?

i dont know but their is no change in rules in official site but some agent told us that next week new rules will be applicable then u will need each 6 bands
