New sponsorship tracker not working

Hello,

We're desperately trying to create an account in the new sponsorship tracker & with sponsor/PA info but none is working despite using the exact information in the application. We tried calling IRCC but they are not answering despite trying multiple times. We have sent our application for inland sponsorship in August 2021. Here is a timeline for now:
Application received - Aug 24, 2021
AOR - Jan 4, 2022
Biometrics - Jan 6, 2022
Medical passed - Jan 28, 2022
Background Check - ??
Eligibility completed - ??
Pre- arrival letter - March 7, 2022
eCOPR - ???
PR card ???

ECAS shows medical passed & GCkey as well. ECAS also shows that they started processing our application on March 4 2022. My concern is that it seems everybody has access to this sponsorship tracker with at least some updates but we are not able to.....

What did you put for place of birth?

I put the city with the exact same orthograph as in the forms of the application

Try different variations of that. If your country is a big one (like the USA), try the state instead of the city.

As for the name, even though the form says first name, you should put your full given name of course. Just like on your passport.

Like DimT44 said - try being less specific. My husband is American, and I kept trying it with the exact wording we had in the application. I eventually (weeks later) got it sign in using "Connecticut"

This worked for me however you can also send a webform citing screenshots and technical difficlulty
