New rule for Cooks 6322

I am a cook under the NOC 6242, the new rule that came to effect yesterday that 6322 is not eligible for Canadian Experience Class . My question is that does my NOC number 6242 fall under the 6322 or if effects me?

If you're NOC 6242, and your duties match that NOC and are not closer to 6322, then yes - you're still eligible.
But the weird thing is, the NOC is not mentioned on the excluded list, however -
I can't find it in the overview of eligible NOCs either. I think you should call CIC and check with them.

Noc 6242 Cook is from the NOC 2006, CIC uses the NOC 2011 and Cook is 6322 so the OP is NOT eligible.
