Hello,
We are getting ready to apply for the federal skilled worker program and we have a couple of questions. Our family is from a non - English speaking country, currently residing in the U.S. and we need to translate quite a few documents. I was wondering, what the current requirements are in regards of translating our birth certificates, criminal records, etc. Do they need to have an apostille stamp or just a certified translation will do?
I would also appreciate any information about current processing times.

Thank you so much.

Just a certified translation. See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-ec.asp
