I had applied Online for Canadian TRV for my full family of 4 which is myself, my wife and my 2 sons on the 29th of March 2017. While myself, my wife and my younger son received our Canadian Tourist Visas, my Elder Son's Visa was cancelled and recreated by New Delhi Visa Office and they gave us a new Application No. They further told us to link this new File to our Existing Online Account. We tried many ways to link it but its not happening. How do you link a new File number given by the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi to our Existing Online Account.
