Hi, I have read that we don’t need to get medical again if we already got one done in the last 5 years and we are applying from Canada. This change was made on 30th June 2021.

I got one done in 2017, at the time when I applied for study permit. It was approved and the officer didn’t find me as a high health risk candidate so it should be eligible.

I am still confused if I should get it done anyway as I have it booked for July 19th. I got my ITA today and I am thinking to apply without it as I will be able to save 400$ and 10 days if I don’t get it done. Can someone please suggest something?
