its says that the employer dont need an LMIA to hire francophones outside Quebic , and i heard it will make it easy to apply for PR under this Program , but my question is ;

how can i find the document checklist under this new program to apply for PR through express entry ? i checked the cic website but i couldnt find anything ,

do i need to apply for a new work permit under this new program to be eligible to apply for PR under the new program ?

also in my current work permit it says in the Remarks space ' FRANCOPHONE SIGNIFICANT PROGRAM ' , is that means that my work permit is under this new program already ? i got this work permit this is 10 months ago ,

the general quistion is , how can i apply for PR through express entry under the new program FRANCOPHONE INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY PROGRAM , ?

Mobilité Francophone is a LMIA-exempt temporary work permit program, it is not yet a PR or Express Entry application. The work experience you earn on the work permit can help you apply for PR under the CEC stream.

@ soufiane: According to this link, you should be able to extend your current work permit under the program:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/apply-who-permit.asp

The requirements and process should be the same as a work permit.

After you earn the work experience, you will be able to apply in Express Entry as a CEC applicant.

They've been quite confusing with the francophone programs... They're trying to make a bigger a deal of what they're doing to look good, and so are putting some unnecessary info that confuse everyone !!!

1. The "Francophone Mobilité" program is a LMIA-exempt work permit. It is in no way related to PR. What it does is allow people who can speak French to get a WP without the need for a LMIA. Job doesn't have to be French related, but you have to prove French is your usual language, and job has to be from NOC 0, A or B (high skilled).

They say it facilitates PR, because it allows Francophones to come and work in Canada and get eligible experience for the CEC program. That's all.
It's simply a work permit. (That will not be giving you 600 pts as LMIA-exempt work are not considered "valid" job offers)

2. Ontario has a provincial nomination program for "Skilled Francophones Worker". It is still open. To be selected, you have to be eligible for Express Entry, and have your profile created, with a minimum score of 400. It requires the TEF language test with min. CLB7.

Of course, it's a job-based WP.

As for the requirement to go through Destination Canada, etc. I'm not convinced it is accurate. CIC gave conflicting information on that. The way I see it, it's supposed to give help for employers who want to specifically recruit Francophones, but not a requirement. Employers who find eligible workers on their own are not going to participate in those events, wait, ask the worker to go the event, and then only apply... Wouldn't make much sense! There's also no document to submit to show that participation...

thank you so so much for you all guys ,

i knew already that this new program is exemp of LMIA ,,, and now i have a job offer already and exempt from LMIA also , but what i want to know is do i have to apply for new work permit under this program or no need , becouse i already have WP exempt from LMIA and i found in remarks on the WP paper says FRANCOPHONE SIGNIFICANT BENIFIT PROGRAM ,, is it the same program ?

so again if i m exemp from LMIA so how can i get the 474 point for express entry and PR ?

i heard from some friends that if you have a valid job offer under this new program it will give you 600 point like LMIA ,becouse we are exempt from LMIA and we can not get it ,, is that true ?

thank you guys again for respond in advance

fisrt, the program is to benefit francophone communties outside quebec. i assume they will verify if the company is located outside of quebec.
second, i am not sure if it is mandatory to participate in those jobfairs, but employers who participate will be given priority since it is a jobfair sponsored by the cic. you will be enterviewed with a posibilty of getting hired right there.
third, if you are given a permanent job offer in a skill profesion that would be beneficial for you. it will allow you to get an extra 600 point.

it would be interesting to know how people from other countries can participate since the event will take place in europe.

please any additional information would be appreciated

It doesn't seem to be the case. There is no change in Express Entry so far to accommodate this.

If I get you correctly you already have a WP, LMIA-exempt, with the previous Francophone benefit program...
In that case, the new one is basically the same. So once your WP expire, you could ask for renewal. If you have a new offer/employer, you can now apply to "change the conditions of your stay". Short answer, it is the same WP than the one that was in place from 2012 to 2014.

For Express Entry/PR. It's a completely different process. LMIA-exempt are still not considered "valid job offer", therefore you won't get 600 pts. To apply you have to create your profile, meet the eligibility of at least one EE program (CEC, FSW, ...). With a score of 474, you have a good chance of receiving an invitation in the next few rounds.
