I called IRCC this week and they said I've already passed eligibility (one time, they mentioned "candidate eligibility") and criminality check is in progress. My UCI is still the temporary one and I haven't received BIL request yet either.
I am curious if IRCC has adopted a new processing system in 2024 where they start processing applications before BIL since I saw other people with similar experience in various threads and groups too.
Does anyone have any info on this?
