I haven't received my PR card (8 months have passed), as I had given my US address (Officer suggested that It can be mailed, but thats most probably not true).
I need to apply again. I have filled this form : https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5451e.pdf
Question is that I will FAX this form, but :
- Do I need to pay the fees (as It was never mailed) ? , OR
- If I have to pay the fees, when do I do ? Before Faxing the form ?
How do I determine what do I do ?
