Is it mandatory to collect new PR Card physically from CIC local office by applicant or CIC dispatch new PR card to the mailing address?
Whats was processing time in your case?

IRCC will mail PR card to you Canadian mailing address, in my case took for 3 months to received it.

The current processing time of new PR card is 41 days.
