New pp with husband's surname, valid visa on old pp with father's surname

I would really appreciate if you could please provide clarity on the matter detailed below.

I have a valid Visitor Visa for Canada with my name and my father's surname. I got the visa from London as I Hv lived there for 6 yrz. This visa is on my old passport which is not expired but cancelled as I got a new pp following my marriage. The new pp has my name and my husband's surname. So..... Can I travel from India to Canada with my new pp and a valid visa on my old pp following following a change in surname? Would I be allowed to enter Canada with these two documents and my marriage certificate?

The canadian visit visa is valid upto the validity of your passport.

Canadian visit visa is non transferable so it gets cancelled if your passport is cancelled or expired.
