Does anyone knows if we have to report to Buff if we change job position, like you being nominated/promoted to higher position? Can't find the answer in the guide or OP for QSW! I am not sure if we need to notify and who: Quebec Ministry of Immigration for an updated CSQ or Buffalo Visa Office. Plz help!!!
