I need your help because I did not find any answer to my issue.
I am French (so please excuse my English level)and I have received my COPR which is valid until February 2025 (date of my passport’s expiration).
I had to change my passport as I can not travel with the current one anymore. In France, when we change our passport, they keep the old one with them so I just have my new passport now (but I still have a copy of the previous one).
As the passport is not the same as the one indicated in my COPR, what do I have to do ?
I already tried to contact IRCC but it seems they did not understand my problem because they sent me the explanation of what I have to do if my PR request is in progress, but my PR has been already validated…
